Organic Cheese- Annafromage & Nigella Seeds

Our cheeses are made with wholesome organic milk from our dairy at Annapurna farm. Convinced that healthy milk comes from happy animals, we give a good life to our herd by providing them with lots of green fodder and organic millets. Gently handmade in small batches without adding any artificial additives, these cheeses have unique flavors and characteristics.

Annafromage is a mild, semi-soft, and rindless cheese. It is aged between 3 and 6 months. The nigella seeds help to "wake up" the heavy and in-depth notes of the cheese.

It is best consumed with wholegrain bread and in sandwiches. It can also be served on your cheeseboard, with raw vegetables & in salads.
