This cacao powder is made entirely from organic cacao beans sourced from farmers in Southern India. We have made our powder with a higher percentage of cacao butter for a lush and well-rounded flavour. While most commercial cacao powders undergo a chemical alkalising process to darken the colour and alter the taste, ours is completely natural. This delicious snack is 100% organic, vegan, soy-free, gluten-free, and non-alkalised.
