Casarecce is originally from Sicily and is also characteristic of other southern Italian regions. The pasta is shaped like a smooth parchment rolled up and folded in at the top. The natural colour of this pasta is the result of a beetroot infusion, it makes your meal more cheerful and nutritious.
Ingredients: 100% organic wheat flour, Semolina (Rawa), and Beetroot.

Cooking Time: 5 minutes in boiling water.
Shelf Life: Best before 12 months from the date of manufacture.
