Auroville Cashews - Roasted & Salted (Full Nuts)
We source the cashews from Auroville farms and individual Aurovillians from the community who themselves practice natural farming. We sundry the cashews in our farm several times before they are opened and hand processed. Each cashew nut is then hand-selected and roasted with sea salt but without oil to retain their natural flavor, keeping them light, which makes these a tasty and healthy snack. We pack the nuts in Eco-friendly compostable bags, keeping our mother earth in mind.

Herbert arrived in Auroville in 1983 and shortly after he involved himself in green work and farming. He started Siddhartha Farm in 1996 which is part of an organic farm network in Auroville. The farm is family-managed and is growing and processing organic food in an ethical, regenerative, and natural way, aiming towards Auroville's food self-sufficiency.
